Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Portfolio Manager – Finance Data Office to lead the governance and optimization of the FDO portfolio. You will own intake processes, drive prioritization, and ensure Jira remains the authoritative source for milestones, risks, and value delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, report to executives, and shape capacity planning, budgets, and performance dashboards. A strong focus on communication and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Engineering, Business, or Information Technology with eight years of progressive portfolio management experience.
• Eight years of progressive experience in project and/or portfolio management.
• PM certification and strong stakeholder management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the FDO portfolio intake and governance process, including demand capture, prioritization and tracking.
• Maintain Jira as the single source of truth for FDO demand, priorities, milestones, risks and decisions.
• Lead stakeholder communications and executive reporting with clear updates on priorities, progress and business value.
• Project manage high-priority FDO initiatives with defined scope, governance, milestones and accountability.
• Monitor and report portfolio performance, including capacity, budget, backlog, risks and value realization.
