Solventum is seeking a Portfolio Manager – Finance Data Office to own and improve the FDO portfolio intake and governance. You will manage Jira as the source of truth, lead stakeholder communications, and drive executive reporting across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in portfolio management, a degree in a relevant field, and experience with Jira and Power BI. This is a remote-US role with travel up to 10% and relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Engineering, Business, or IT.
• Eight years of progressive portfolio management experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Jira and Power BI for executive reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve FDO portfolio intake and governance processes.
• Maintain Jira as the single source of truth for FDO demand and status.
• Lead stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
• Project manage high-priority FDO initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance with executive-ready dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance and reporting standards.
