Job summary

LongStreet Property Management is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a growing portfolio and ensure exceptional service for property owners. The role entails leading a team, coordinating with tenants, vendors, and owners, and driving retention and profitability.

The position is remote but requires proximity to Corvallis for monthly meetings at headquarters, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Oregon property management license certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
• 3–5 years in property management experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace and AppFolio experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable to performance standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owner-clients and stakeholders.
• Enforce rental agreements and applicable regulations; oversee evictions when needed.
• Manage advertising, leasing, rent adjustments, and renewals.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, budgets, and contractor coordination.
• Review, close, and bill out maintenance work orders; manage AP.
