Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor leasing agents and support staff.

• Manage rent collection and monitor delinquencies.
• Support property budgets and review financial KPIs.
• Serve as escalation point for resident concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
