Legacy Partners seeks a remote/hybrid Property Manager to oversee operations, budgeting, staffing, leasing, and resident services across assigned communities. Travel within the region is required to ensure consistent standards and asset protection.

The role emphasizes analytical oversight, cost-conscious decision-making, and adherence to corporate policies. 1–5 years of experience is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow policy, directions, and memoranda from corporate and regional offices.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Oversight – Supervise staff, drive performance, develop team and conduct reviews.
• Financial Management – Develop/manage operating and capital budgets; review financial reports; approve invoices.
• Property Operations – Oversee day-to-day functions, capital replacements, maintenance, and landscaping coordination.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws including Fair Housing and codes.
• Marketing & Leasing Strategy – Develop advertising plans and market studies; support curb appeal and leasing guidance.
• Resident Satisfaction – Monitor satisfaction; implement retention initiatives and service responsiveness.
• Technology & Reporting – Use property management software to monitor performance and review revenue/cost reports.
• Vendor & Contract Management – Obtain bids and manage vendor relations; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Business Development – Identify new opportunities; support due diligence for acquisitions/dispositions.
• Regional Support – Travel to assist properties in other regions and maintain standards.
