Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Manager of Portfolio Execution to lead planning and execution of acquisitions and divestitures within the Strategy & Corporate Development organization. You will coordinate integration and separation activities across functions, and monitor milestones to ensure value creation and business continuity.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare or related industries, exceptional program management and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of overall professional experience in Health Care or adjacent industries.
Proven track record supporting complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment.
Outstanding project / program management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate integration and separation activities across functional teams with a focus on value creation and business continuity.
Develop and maintain detailed integration/separation plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Track progress against milestones and escalate risks or issues to leadership.
Support governance processes and provide tools/templates for efficient processes.
Partner with Strategy & Corp Dev to support other inorganic growth initiatives.
