The Manager of Portfolio Execution will facilitate the planning and execution of acquisitions and divestitures. As part of the Strategy & Corporate Development organization, this role is critical to ensuring seamless integration / separation planning and execution across the business and all functional teams. As member of the central IMO or SMO, this role will support alignment, governance, and operational excellence to achieve transaction milestones and value creation.
Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of overall professional experience in the Health Care industry or adjacent industries, in roles in Commercial Strategy, Corporate Development, or Transformations; Proven track record supporting complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment; Outstanding project / program management, communication and stakeholder management skills; Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

The expected compensation range for this position is $163,200 - $224,400, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
