Job summary
Unique Landscapes & Custom Pools is a Phoenix-area leader in pool and landscape design, offering independent design representatives a full design-build platform. You will meet with homeowners, craft outdoor-living concepts, and guide projects from proposal to close, supported by in-house CAD and construction planning.
The role emphasizes design and selling outdoor environments, from pools to hardscapes, with company-generated leads and a flexible, work-from-home structure.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative sales and closing skills.
- Ability to translate client ideas into visual designs.
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
- Experience with pool/landscape design is a plus.
- Experience with Pool Studio or similar 3D design software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with leads at homeowners' homes or Chandler showroom.
- Measure and evaluate sites for pools and landscapes.
- Develop pool, landscape and outdoor-living concepts.
- Create and present 3D designs using Pool Studio.
- Prepare estimates and proposals using company pricing systems.
- Present designs and close sales with clients.
- Process contracts and required sales documents.
- Maintain client and opportunity information in the CRM.
