Job summary

Old Republic Title is seeking a Policy Typist for a remote position. The ideal candidate has policy typing experience and familiarity with title policies, including lender and owner policies, and will help review, bill and finalize documents.

Experience in the title industry is required, and this is not an entry-level role. This remote position requires that the candidate has policy typist experience in Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and Michigan, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE POLICY TYPIST EXPERIENCE IN KENTUCKY, OHIO, WEST VIRGINIA & MICHIGAN.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review closing documents and commitments for completeness and accuracy.
• Type and review final title policies and related documents.
• Manage work queues and meet client service level agreements.
• Monitor lien clearance packages and receipt of funds prior to policy issuance.
• Interact with internal teams and clients professionally to resolve issues.
