Job summary

Old Republic Title Company is seeking a remote Policy Typist with extensive experience in title policies to join their team. The successful candidate will review, bill, and finalize various types of title policies while ensuring all closing documents are accurate.

Responsibilities include managing work queues, monitoring lien clearance, and addressing internal customer inquiries. Applicants must have policy typist experience specifically in Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE POLICY TYPIST EXPERIENCE IN KENTUCKY, OHIO, WEST VIRGINIA & MICHIGAN.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Ability to manage work queues and keep policies delivered to customers.

Responsibilities

• Review closing documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Type and review various types of final policies.
• Monitor files for receipt of funds prior to issuing policy.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Strong working knowledge of title information
