Job summary

Old Republic Title is seeking a Policy Production Typist to support the policy department by typing owners and loan policies and assisting the policy managers. The role involves handling requests, communicating with agents and staff, answering inquiries, and supporting file transmittal to state offices.

The candidate should be proficient with Word and Excel, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with public records resources and county clerks’ programs.
• Strong typing and data entry skills; fast, accurate typing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal staff and external customers.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; able to generate and edit documents.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Type final owners and loan policies in RamQuest (minimum 3 per hour).
• Coordinate with agents and staff to complete title polices, endorsements, and related documents.
• Answer telephone inquiries and provide file status updates to customers.
• Assist in remitting files for transmittal to the state office when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
