Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Policy Strategist to advance an integrated eligibility platform for government programs.

You will translate policy into system behavior, workflows, and user experiences, working across product, design, and engineering to ensure compliance and effective service delivery. Candidates should have at least 3 years in policy analysis, Medicaid experience, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of policy analysis experience.
• Experience researching and interpreting policy using statutes and regulations.
• Ability to document research processes and recommendations.
• Experience with Medicaid eligibility and enrollment policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate policy into system behavior, workflows, and user experiences
• Identify regulatory constraints and propose compliant solutions
• Create policy briefs and decision frameworks
• Support testing and validation of policy implementation
