Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Policy Strategist to advance policy-informed design for government programs. You will translate policy into system behavior and guide implementation across cross‑functional teams, ensuring compliance and user-centered outcomes.

You will conduct landscape research, synthesize findings for diverse audiences, and help shape advocacy strategies. Experience with Medicaid policy and joint work across product, design, and engineering is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing Medicaid policy and translating findings into program decisions.
• Ability to research federal/state requirements and advise on priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in policy contexts.
