Job summary

The role requires five years of child support policy experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a federal environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and at least 5+ years supporting Child Support agencies.
• Extensive knowledge of federal child support laws, regulations and policy.
• Ability to communicate complex policy research clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impact analyses of archived regulations and guidance.
• Prepare summaries and briefing materials for the Commissioner.
• Manage the OCSE document archive for accuracy and compliance.
• Support policy management and content governance efforts.
• Coordinate with multiple organizations and stakeholders.
