General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a qualified policy analyst to provide comprehensive program, policy, and operational support for regulatory and sub-regulatory documents within OCSE. This position provides comprehensive program, policy, and operational support to strengthen OCSE’s development, coordination, and management of regulatory and sub‑regulatory documents. The role assists with policy research, drafting materials, and facilitating clear communication with internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, external partners. Additionally, the position supports the ongoing analysis and archiving of regulatory and guidance documents and contributes to the review, organization, and maintenance of the Policy section of the OCSE website.
The likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
