Job summary

Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA) in Oregon is seeking a Rural Health Transformation Program Manager to lead the RHTP FQHC Transformation program in partnership with the Oregon Health Authority and participating FQHCs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of project management or health care operations experience; English fluency is essential. OPCA offers a dog-friendly office and a hybrid work model with two days in the downtown office and three days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of the RHTP program in partnership with OHA, FQHCs, and tribal health organizations.
• Support onboarding, participation tracking, and implementation activities for direct payments.
• Develop and maintain resources, workflows, and communication materials for stakeholders.
• Track milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and participation requirements; address barriers.
• Coordinate technical assistance, trainings, and engagement activities for successful implementation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
