Job summary

Ethos is seeking policy leads to help train AI language models on professional presentation workflows. This fully remote role offers flexible hours of 5-20 per week with an ASAP start date.

You will develop and refine policy briefing decks, data-driven exhibits, testimony support materials, and stakeholder slides for AI-enabled presentations. Applicants should have 3+ years at think tanks or policy institutes, plus a published portfolio of briefs and policymaker-focused presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years producing policy briefs and presentations at think tanks, policy institutes, or government bodies.
• Portfolio of published briefs and presentations for policymaker audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist training of AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine policy decks and stakeholder briefing slides.
• Support policy briefing decks, data-driven exhibits, testimony materials, and launch presentations for AI workflows.
