Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced policy advisors to help train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft policy briefs and polished slides for policymakers, evaluating AI-generated content across briefing decks, exhibits, testimony support materials, and stakeholder slides.

The role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with fully remote work and ASAP start. A portfolio of published briefs and strong PowerPoint skills are expected, with attention to detail a must.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a think tank, policy institute, or government research body.
• Portfolio of published briefs and presentations for policymaker audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: policy briefing decks, data-driven policy exhibits, testimony support materials, report launch presentations, and stakeholder briefing slides.
