Ethos is seeking policy directors to help train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks. The role focuses on producing policy briefs and high-quality slides for policymakers, with 3+ years of experience in think tanks or government research bodies.

You will craft and evaluate AI-generated presentations across workflows including policy briefing decks, data-driven exhibits, testimony aids, and stakeholder slides, while ensuring clarity and precision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a think tank, policy institute, or government research body.
• Portfolio of published briefs and presentations for policymaker audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support policy-related decks, data exhibits, testimony materials, launch slides and stakeholder briefings.
