Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a remote, full-time Customer Service role focused on servicing customers with policy changes and disbursement requests. You’ll use product knowledge to interpret provisions and perform related administrative tasks, with occasional Call Center backup.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing customers on policy changes and disbursements.
• Ability to interpret policy provisions and navigate administrative procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete semi-routine policy contract changes and disbursements.
• Apply knowledge of products, regulatory requirements and policy provisions to research and resolve customer requests.
• Enter semi-routine client updates into the system with moderate supervision.
• May provide back up support to Call Center.
• Collaborates with internal partners to reach resolution.
