Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a team member to service customers on contractual policy changes and disbursement requests. The role requires understanding of our products and the ability to interpret policy provisions, with back-up support to the call center as needed.

Responsibilities include researching customer inquiries, entering updates into our systems, and collaborating with internal partners to reach a resolution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of company products and ability to interpret policy provisions.
• Research and resolve customer requests and inquiries.
• Enter semi-routine client updates into the system with moderate supervision.
