Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Communications, Policy and Data Analyst to support DHS ICE with mission-focused communications, policy review, metrics, and reporting. The role is fully remote and eligible for candidates across CONUS, requiring a DHS clearance readiness and government experience.

Responsibilities include drafting responses to congressional inquiries, building collaborative relationships with federal managers, and translating complex policies into actionable outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of work experience.
• Experience in dynamic US government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications support for responses to congressional correspondence and senior leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal law enforcement managers and SMEs.
• Translate complex mission-related policies into clear, concise language.
• Track progress of high-profile tasks and reports.
• Support ad hoc requests including research and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Support cross-discipline teams to meet project deadlines.
• Develop and disseminate information among customers and external stakeholders.
