Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support DHS ICE with data analytics, policy review, and reporting. The role is fully remote within CONUS, with occasional in-person work in DC as needed.

You will pull data from ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Apps, build dashboards with Power BI, and translate complex policies into clear executive summaries for leadership and congressional requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Experience with data analytics, policy review, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and communications support on congressional correspondence, information requests, and leadership taskings.
• Pull data from ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Applications.
• Use Power BI to build datasets, dashboards, and responses to data Taskings.
• Build collaborative relationships with federal managers and SMEs.
• Translate complex policies into clear, succinct language for leadership.
