Jobgether is seeking a Podcast Support Specialist in the United States for a part-time, remote position. You will be the first contact for listeners, handling account access, billing questions, subscription management, and app setup.

Qualifications

• One to two years in customer support or service roles.
• Strong written communication for warm, professional responses.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.

Responsibilities

• Respond to listener inquiries via email with registration, login, billing, and subscription questions.
• Troubleshoot account, subscription, and app issues with clear, step-by-step guidance.
• Review accounts, update information, issue refunds/receipts per policy.
• Explain feeds, plans, gifting, and features in accessible language.
• Escalate unresolved issues with context to appropriate teams.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve documentation and processes.
• Maintain internal FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
