Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Power of Attorney (POA) Analyst for a 12-month contract in New York, NY with remote flexibility. The role focuses on reviewing and approving POA documents and supporting the Entity Review team, following firm policies and project review procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating with legal and underwriting during loan origination, assisting underwriters and relationship managers, and delivering high‑quality customer service in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of Power of Attorney documents.
• Ability to interpret legal contractual language accurately.
• Knowledge of title commitments and mortgage life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Power of Attorney documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with legal and underwriting teams during loan origination to meet guidelines.
• Assist Underwriters and Relationship Managers to support timely processing.
• Provide high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-train to support additional roles within the division during peak periods.
