Candidates should have PM experience in multifamily sectors, strong data communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi or One Site. This role may offer remote work options within the United States.

Qualifications

• PM experience in multifamily or equivalent disciplines.
• PMP certification preferred or equivalent project management experience.
• Ability to prepare and explain data to team members.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database reporting.
• Strong mathematical skills for budgets and financials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, design, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities and communicate status to leadership.
• Lead meetings and ensure quality control across projects.
• Develop methods and tools to monitor project success and ROI.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure on-time delivery and effective processes.
