Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group is hiring a Commercial Insurance Project Manager I or II to direct and coordinate projects, ensuring alignment with strategy and goals. The role emphasizes Agile practices, planning and execution, and collaboration with stakeholders.

PM I/II responsibilities include leading from initiation to closure, tracking milestones, mentoring staff, and overseeing portfolio content. Hybrid or fully remote work options are available, with a climate-controlled office

Qualifications

• Formal project management knowledge and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects.
• Facilitate iterative planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as change agent for Agile adoption using Scrum or Kanban.
