Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a PMO Support Specialist to join the PMO team, driving setup, contract management, budgeting, invoicing, and compliant processes across projects. You’ll collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and customer stakeholders to improve consistency in project administration.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data accuracy, and analytical problem solving in a fast-paced environment, with remote US-based eligibility and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing customer contracts and budgeting principles.
• Experience working with CRM/ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to satisfy citizenship requirements for U.S.-based positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support project setup, maintenance, and administration according to contracts and standards.
• Review customer contracts, classify contracts, and maintain documentation.
• Document customer requirements related to PM, budgeting, invoicing, revenue and system access.
• Partner with Project Managers to support changes, requirements, and efficiencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the PMO function.
