Job summary

Howden is seeking an Operations Business Analyst for a 6-month contract with remote work in the United States. The analyst will support the PMO, translating business needs into requirements, and helping program delivery with analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, creating user stories, maintaining program documentation, and assisting with UAT and change management. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a project delivery role.
• Experience supporting technology implementations or business transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with PMO tools (e.g., Monday.com) and portfolio management practices.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with Program Managers and stakeholders.
• Develop functional specs, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for tech and process delivery teams.
• Support program governance through documentation (plans, RAID logs, logs).
• Assist in UAT planning and execution, and support change management activities.
