Job summary

Howden is building its US retail platform and seeking an Operations Project Analyst to support program delivery across the PMO. You will analyze requirements, craft governance artifacts, and liaise with business and technology teams to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in project analysis within financial services, familiarity with Agile/waterfall/hybrid methods, and comfort using PMO tools like Monday.com. This role offers growth and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

3–6 years in a project analyst or project delivery role, preferably in insurance brokerage or financial services.
Experience developing business cases, decision materials, or executive-ready communications.
Experience supporting technology implementations or business transformation programs.
Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
Ability to operate across multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Support project execution and track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather updates and prep meetings.
Assist change management activities and adoption tracking.
Develop program documentation: plans, RAID logs, decision logs.
Support UAT planning and execution with business and tech teams.
Maintain PMO documentation and governance artifacts in tools like Monday.com.
Contribute to portfolio reporting and lessons learned.
