Job summary

Howden is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to join the US Retail PMO for a 6‑month contract with remote work. The role translates business needs into structured requirements and supports program delivery with rigorous analysis and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in business analysis or project delivery, preferably in insurance brokerage or financial services, and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Analyst or project delivery roles.
• Experience in insurance brokerage or financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for assigned programs and projects.
• Develop functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support delivery by tracking progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation and support PMO governance and reporting.
