Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager to establish and continuously improve the security and GRC project management framework across portfolios, programs, and projects. You will align work with strategic objectives, manage scope and budgets, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across time zones.

The role requires PM governance knowledge and hands-on delivery using Agile and Waterfall methods. You will translate complex security concepts for executives and drive clear risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PMP or advanced degree; Agile certifications are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience managing portfolios, programs, and projects across geographies.
• Knowledge of PMBOK or PRINCE2 with governance practices.
• Working knowledge of information security, governance, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish, administer, and improve the project management framework for security and GRC.
• Manage full lifecycle across portfolios, programs, and projects with budgets/timelines.
• Evaluate initiatives, define scope, develop business cases, and create project plans.
• Coordinate execution across security and GRC teams and business units.
• Monitor performance, risks, and dependencies; address obstacles to delivery.
• Develop PM metrics, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Incorporate cybersecurity and GRC principles into planning and delivery.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
