Job summary

Huron is seeking a PMO Manager for Security & GRC to establish and run the project management framework across corporate IT Security and GRC teams. You will liaise with technical and business groups, gather requirements, and promote security best practices while coordinating across time zones.

The role requires excellent communication, dynamic learning, and the ability to drive programs to on‑scope, on‑budget, and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required and PMP or advanced PM degree preferred.
• Agile certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience with security and GRC across geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Administer project management framework, processes, tools, and templates.
• Manage full lifecycle of portfolios, programs, and projects.
• Gather requirements, define scope, timelines, and risk plans.
• Track progress, dashboards, and status reporting to executives.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and SMEs across teams.
