Job summary

Huron Consulting Group in the United States is seeking a PMO Manager for Security & GRC to establish and run the project management framework across IT Security and GRC programs. You will gather requirements, manage projects, and promote best practices while collaborating with Global Products, Healthcare, Education, and Digital teams.

The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building with senior leaders, and flexibility across time zones.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; PMP or advanced PM degree preferred.
• Experience managing projects/portfolios including audits and security best practices across geographies and functions.
• Information Security and GRC knowledge.
• 5+ years in a large company or consulting firm.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, ADO.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall; SAFE, Scrum, Kanban or Lean.
• Ability to absorb technical information quickly.
• Flexible with work hours across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Administer project management framework and lifecycle across portfolios, programs and projects.
• Track progress, dashboards, budgets, risks, and executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and SMEs to build an effective PMO function.
