Job summary

Huron seeks a PMO Manager for Security & GRC to establish and run the project management framework across Corporate Security & GRC. You will liaise with Global Products, Healthcare, Education, and Digital teams to gather requirements, manage projects, and ensure security best practices are integrated.

The role requires excellent communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work across time zones. Relevant PMP or advanced PM degree and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; PMP or advanced degree in PM preferred.
• Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing large and small portfolios and programs.
• Familiarity with PMBOK, Prince2, or equivalent methodology.
• Strong information security and GRC knowledge.
• 5+ years in project/program management, ideally in large firms or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Administer project management framework and templates.
• Manage full lifecycle of portfolios, programs, and projects.
• Gather requirements, define scope, and build comprehensive business cases.
• Identify blockers and optimization points; promote secure, built-in GRC practices.
• Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards on project status and metrics.
• Collaborate across corporate teams and lines of business.
