Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior program manager to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own enterprise programs, PMOs, and cross‑functional initiatives to create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated outputs across core workflows.

This fully remote role is flexible, with 5–20 hours per week (more if desired). Start date ASAP, compensation $70/hour. You will work with executives and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced senior program managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for senior program managers with 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: program charter and scope documents, raid logs, resource capacity planning spreadsheets, steering committee status decks, milestone and dependency tracking spreadsheets, and stage-gate review packets.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
