Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a PMO Lead to transform their CRM operating model into a scalable governance framework based in New York, NY. The successful candidate will own the CRM governance framework, implement PM tools, and drive automation initiatives.

With over 10 years of experience in digital production or CRM program management, candidates should also possess strong knowledge of Adobe Campaign and similar tools. A bachelor’s degree is required, with PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM governance framework and intake process
• Implement and manage PM tools (Workfront/Jira) and associated workflow
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Campaign Management, Adobe Campaign Development, HTML Production, QA)
• Support the evolution of AI‑enabled CRM capabilities

• 10+ years in digital production or CRM program management
• Experience in martech‑driven environments
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Campaign or similar CRM platforms and HTML
