Job summary

ON.energy is seeking a PMO Reporting Analyst to empower our Product and Program Management organization. You will configure Azure DevOps boards, standardize work item hierarchies, and create cross-linked boards to show dependencies across product, hardware, software, and operations teams.

You will build Power BI reports connected to ADO data and provide regular status updates. You will own intake, data quality checks, and traceability from requests to backlog items, milestones, and delivery,

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, reporting, or business analyst role supporting technical or engineering teams.
Hands‑on experience configuring Azure DevOps Boards: area and iteration paths, work item hierarchies, links, and board settings.
Strong ADO queries and dashboards
Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or a similar BI tool

Responsibilities

Azure DevOps Board Setup and Cross-Linking: design boards, area paths, and iteration paths for six-week planning cycles.
Reporting and Dashboards: build queries and dashboards; produce regular status reports.
Intake, Data Hygiene, and Traceability: manage intake, ensure data accuracy, and maintain traceability from request to delivery.
Program Support: assist with 6-week cycle planning, RAID logs, and training on boards and dashboards.
