Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field is required.
• Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run the status reporting cadence across programs, including weekly status reports, executive dashboards and steering committee materials.
• Manage the demand intake process, from triaging, scoping and sizing requests through building business cases and setting priorities with leadership.
• Direct PMO activities, including resource tracking, change control, and the standards, templates and tools that keep delivery consistent.
• Oversee contractor onboarding by coordinating statements of work, purchase orders, and system access.
