Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in California to perform telemedicine assessments for clients aged 14 and up. The role requires PMHNP board certification, a Master’s in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and proficiency with AdvancedMD EMR.

The position offers remote work with a compensation range based on 15–20 clinical hours per week. Compensation is $85,000 to $123,000 annually under a fee-for-service (W2) arrangement.

Qualifications

Licensed PMHNP with board certification.
Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in CA.
Experience with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
Minimum 1 year psychiatry experience; 3 years overall preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform psychiatric assessments via telemedicine.
Treat patients aged 14 and up.
Prescribe medications to manage mental health symptoms.
Create and update care plans with clients.
Complete required paperwork and assessment tools.
Follow Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
Consult with Regional Directors on patient programs.
