Talkiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP to provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care. You will manage lower to moderate acuity patients, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and develop treatment plans including medication management within an established telepsychiatry framework.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and support with scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care and medication management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy experience.
• Comfort in fully remote telepsychiatry model.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records for care documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative, team-based approach.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).
• Follow standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups).
• Operate within an integrated care model with in-house referrals.
• Receive full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination.
