Job summary

Qualifications

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via in-person and telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on care plans.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Willing to visit Thriveworks locations for in-person collaborator meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations remotely and on-site as needed.
• Prescribe and manage medications for mental health conditions.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with clients.
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
• Coordinate with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on services.
• Attend in-person meetings at Thriveworks locations when required.
