Job summary

Thriveworks Johnson City is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a part-time role delivering telemedicine and in-person assessments to adults and adolescents. You’ll collaborate on care plans, prescribe medications when appropriate, and adhere to Thriveworks clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in TN.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
• 3 years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry required.
• Part-time availability: 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations in person and via telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14+ and create care plans.
• Prescribe medications as needed and document appropriately.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors and staff.
