Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in New Hampshire for telemedicine practice. This W2, fee-for-service role offers a salary range of $71,000–$102,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours weekly while enabling remote work across the country.

The clinician will assess and treat adults and adolescents, prescribe medications as needed, and collaborate on care plans within Thriveworks’ guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
• Experience in psychiatry is preferred (3 years helpful; 1 year required).

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as appropriate.
• Collaborate with clients on care plans and complete necessary paperwork and assessments.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines and consult with regional directors as needed.
