Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Knoxville, TN to provide in-person and telemedicine care for adults and adolescents. You will assess, diagnose, and treat clients, develop care plans, and collaborate with clinical leadership, while maintaining documentation and clinical guidelines.

Qualified candidates hold a PMHNP with board certification, a Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
• Typically 1+ year of psychiatry experience; 3+ years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients in in-person and telemedicine settings.
• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 years and up.
• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on individualized care plans with clients.
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools; adhere to Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients and services; travel for in-person meetings as needed.
