Job summary
Thriveworks is seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Georgia. This W2 part-time role requires GA licensure, PMHNP board certification, and a master’s in nursing with prescriptive authority.
Training on ADHD standards is provided, with no client or prescription quotas. Clinicians will assess and treat clients 14+, prescribe medications as needed, and collaborate on care plans.
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with PMHNP board certification
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority
- 3+ years of experience is a plus; 1 year in psychiatry required
- Must be licensed to practice in the state you work from (GA)
- Part-time requires 20 hours per week in evenings/weekends
- Complete ADHD clinic training with no quotas for clients or prescriptions
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments via telemedicine
- Treat clients aged 14 and up
- Prescribe medications to mitigate symptoms as appropriate
- Develop and update individual care plans with clients
- Complete relevant paperwork and standardized assessments
- Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines and coordinate with Regional Clinic Directors
