Job summary
Thriveworks is seeking a Telehealth Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide remote care in the evenings and on weekends in Michigan.
Licensed PMHNP with board certification and MSN with prescriptive authority are required; AdvancedMD EMR experience is a plus. 1 year psychiatry practice is required. Flexible scheduling and ADHD training are provided, with a focus on diverse client care.
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
- Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
- Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice required.
- Licensed PMHNP must be licensed and live in the state where practicing.
- Part-time requires 15 hours per week in evenings or weekends.
- All hires undergo ADHD treatment standards training with a brief exam.
- No quotas for clients or prescriptions.
Responsibilities
- Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
- Treat individuals aged 14 and up.
- Prescribe medications to reduce symptoms as needed.
- Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
- Complete and/or administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools.
- Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
