Job summary

Legion Health is hiring PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care through telehealth across the United States. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with significant clinical autonomy and strong operational support.

Practice from home with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and access to premium resources. Compensation ranges from $150K to $300K per year, dependent on patient-care hours, with malpractice insurance and credentialing support provided.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
Conduct comprehensive assessments including history, risk analysis, and evaluation.
Create and implement individualized treatment plans with meds and brief therapy.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers and use telehealth platforms.
Adhere to evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing.
Leverage technology and systems to deliver reliable telehealth.
