We seek exceptional PMHNPs across the United States who value evidence-based psychiatry, clinical autonomy, and strong support in a flexible private-practice–like model.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with compensation ranging from $150K to $300K per year, plus weekly pay, malpractice coverage, and extensive administrative assistance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort providing remote care and using electronic health record systems
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews
• Use telehealth technology and systems to deliver care
