Job summary

Legion Health is hiring PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth from anywhere in the United States. Full-time and part-time positions available with a compensation range of $150K–$300K per year based on patient-care hours.

You will practice with clinical autonomy, supported by psychiatrists through consults and peer reviews, in a model designed to maximize patient access and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely via telehealth and using electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, diagnosis, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and telehealth platforms to deliver reliable care.
